To use our Services, you must:

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content as necessary to provide the Services.

Our Services comply with Swiss healthcare regulations. Users in other jurisdictions are responsible for ensuring their use of the Services complies with local laws. We make no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use outside Switzerland unless explicitly stated.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QWICKRX AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
